Our tenant notified us of a slow drip coming from a light fixture inside the house during the heaviest downpours over the holidays. I called three other roofing companies who never even bothered to call me back. Called A to Z roofing and reached Mark directly. Explained the situation, texted him the address and tenant’s info to coordinate access to the property. He reached the tenant the next day and inspected the roof for the source of the drip. He determined the roof was in good shape, no obvious damage or maintenance needed to roof or flashing, and guessed it was likely the angle of the wind driving the heaviest rain into the top of a T vent. He didn’t recommend repairs AND didn’t charge for the inspection. He also gave my tenant his cell phone number and told him to call next time he sees the slow drip so that he can go into the attic crawl space to double check that it’s just the amount of rain and angle of the wind causing the issue. Excellent response time, a promise to follow up in the future and no up-selling or recommending repairs that he couldn’t verify were needed. We will call A to Z again when we need roof related maintenance or repairs!We have received several compliments from our neighbors and would never hesitate to recommend A to Z to anyone.
